To request a reservation, please fill out the form below, and as soon as we ensure availability (within a maximum of 3 days), we will confirm your reservation via email. The calendar does not indicate availability, only opening days.

The Arzak restaurant offers three options to choose from at the table:

– The tasting menu, whose current price is 290 € per person, 10% VAT included and drinks apart.
– The tasting menu with wine pairing, whose current price is 290 € for the menu and 195 € for the wine pairing per person, 10% VAT included, is only served for the entire table.
– The à la carte menu, whose current price is 260 € per person, 10% VAT included and drinks apart. This menu consists of an appetizer, a starter, a main course and a dessert to choose from our menu.

We inform you that people with reduced mobility who use a wheelchair have direct access to the dining room through the first floor, the entrance being accessible from the private parking located at the rear of the building. Arzak’s cuisine cannot be understood without certain essential products for its preparation. If you have any food restriction due to an allergy and/or intolerance that may affect your health, please inform us so we can prepare a simpler menu.

Cancellation policy: In case you are unable to come on the day of your reservation, please send an email to reservas@arzak.es at least 48 hours in advance. No cancellations shall be accepted by phone. For cancellations made later or in case of no-show, €290 per guest shall be charged to the credit or debit card entered during the reservation process to cover reservation management fees and economic loss.
In compliance with the data protection legislation in force, you are hereby informed that the personal information you enter on this website shall be stored in a customer database owned by JUAN MARIA ARZAK S.L. and duly registered in the General Registry of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and used to manage your reservations.

The personal information requested or entered is necessary for reservation management. Therefore, you must undertake to enter information that is correct and true, and to update said information whenever necessary. No personal data shall be disclosed to third parties.
